DRINK THE JUICE OF BASIL AND HONEY

Another way to be able to cope with asthma attacks, you can consume the juice of basil leaves mixed with honey. This has been proven to help asthma patients suffering respiratory and returns back to normal conditions.

DON'T PANIC

Do not panic when your asthma you have already a relapse, because the panic will only aggravate your respiratory circulation. If someone is experiencing asthma attacks, the best way is to go to an open area. The goal so that you can breathe  freely, either while sitting or standing.

MOVING TO A WARM PLACE

Sometime, the cold air also trigger asthma relapse, so someone immediately moved to where the air is more or humid. His goal was to be able to relieve your shortness of breath due to asthma, or prevent asthma attack again.
