But, please choose a sport drinks that contains more natural ingredients and dose not contain too much chemicals.

  • Smoothies
Greens cold drink this one you can prepare and drink before you do exercise, so that you can be strong for longer in doing sports. As for its alloy is green vegetables, fruit, yogurt, water or milk, and protein powder.

  • Milk
