  • Sodium benzoate
Sodium benzoate is an additive which is used as a preservative in many processed food and beverage products.   • Sodium nitrate

Nitrate can also affect the way the body uses so vulnerable body stricken with diabetes.

Any number of studies shows that consuming high levels of nitrate in sodium can cause problems such as thyroid cancer, colorectal cancer, pancreatic cancer, esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, ovarian cancer, blood cancer (leukemia), and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.

  • TBHQ
TBHQ is also called tertiary butyhydroquinone or tert-butyhydroquinone is a preservative additives to preserve processed foods. TBHQ is usually used for vegetable oil, biscuits, noodles, frozen food, or fast food to prolong the shelf life of the product and preventing the rancid smell.

Food preservative is often used along with other additives such as propyl gallate, butylated hydroxynisole (BHA), and butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT). As a result, researchers instead found the existence of some health problems.

According to research, a food preservative can increase the risk of tumors in rats as well as causing enlargement of the heart, the effects of neurotoxic, seizures, and paralysis in laboratory animals. In addition, TBHQ and BHA allegedly could affect human behavior become hyperactive and cannot focus attention on things (attention deficit and hyperactivity disorders, ADHB).
